Southview Suites

South View Suites offers a congregate living option with high levels of one-on-one assisted living services readily available. This option makes higher levels of services more affordable than in other settings. It is also available to those who want this type of environment on a long-term basis or who wish to recuperate from surgery or hospitalization in a setting that is unlike a traditional nursing home. 

South View Suites has five private bedrooms and private bathrooms complete with individual showers, and shared living spaces in the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and spa.  Staffing levels are provided at higher levels than in Parkview East. Due to its intimate setting, Southview Suites provides a real family atmosphere.

Monthly rent includes 3 meals per day plus anytime snacks, and utilities (except telephone). A personalized service plan will be developed in partnership for each Suite resident which could include a wellness service, bathing, toileting, transfer and medication assistance. In addition, morning and evening assistance and comfort checks are available.

Home care services are offered through our home care agency, Northfield Parkview Home Care. We will custom design an assisted living service package that fits your specific needs and wants. Costs for health services are offered in monthly packages and by individual units of service.

Other optional amenities include personal and guest meal service, access to the Main Street Café and monthly special catered meals, additional housekeeping and laundry services, on site hair salon (Northwoods Salon), personal fitness trainer, electronically opened garages, and transportation to shopping, special events and appointments.
