ParkView West is designed for seniors 55 and older. You can enjoy the privacy of your own apartment with access to the services you desire. Parkview West offers 56 attractive one-and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens, private baths, spacious layouts and units with patios. This two-story complex has multiple elevator access and controlled access 24 hours a day.

Included in your monthly rent are utilities including basic cable television (except telephone),  access to the resident run library with Internet access, private dining room for family gatherings, convenience store for needed groceries and dry goods, complimentary laundry facilities and a fitness center..  Access to indoor & outdoor walking areas and Chapel are also available.  The campus is handicap accessible and is tobacco free.  Additional storage space is also available.Other optional amenities include personal and guest meal service, access to the Main Street Café and monthly special catered meals, home care services through Northfield Parkview Home Care, housekeeping and laundry service, on site hair salon (Northwoods Salon), personal fitness trainer, access to on-site home care, electronically opened garages and transportation to shopping, special events and appointments.
