Northfield Manor

Northfield Manor offers affordable apartment housing for seniors and adults with disabilities.  Northfield Manor accepts Section 8 payments for residents that qualify for rent support.  It offers comfortable one-bedroom apartments, each equipped with an urgency call system. Rents are based on each resident’s monthly income. This 24-hour controlled access building has two elevators to access all resident floors. Like the rest of the campus, Northfield Manor is tobacco-free.

Noon meals are offered for an additional fee, and are served in a beautiful dining room that also serves as a spacious community room. Lounge areas and laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor. The lower level houses a coffee shop, library, television-viewing area and several rooms for a variety of activities.

Storage space is available for each apartment. Corridors connect the Manor to the rest of the buildings on the campus for indoor walking exercise.

Other amenities include campus operated transportation, free weekly wellness clinic, chapel on campus for Vespers and Sunday worship, individually controlled heat, and full-service hair salon (Northwoods Salon). Internet access is available on campus and guest rooms are available for rent by family members. A resident council plans social activities for the enjoyment of all who live at the Manor.
